Administration Charge:  There is an administration charge of £330.00 inclusive of VAT (£275 plus VAT) per property.  This covers up to two tenants, identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references, deposit registration, contract negotiation (amending and agreement terms), inventory and check-in, check-out and end of tenancy administration.  If you change your mind about renting the property, this fee is non-refundable.


Additional Tenant Fee: £60 inclusive of VAT (£50 plus VAT) Processing the application, associated paperwork and referencing.


Pet Deposit: £200 additional security deposit to cover the added risk of property damage.


Security Deposit:  A security deposit of the equivalent to 6 weeks rent will be payable before the start of the tenancy.  Separate negotiations regarding the deposit may be applicable in the instance that a pet is allowed into the property.  The deposit will registered in a government approved scheme.
